Manage Departments & Teams
Configure all your operational departments, define teams - these are the units you will allocate employees to so that you can manage their cost over time.
Manage Suppliers, Contract Types, Employee Levels
Maintain a list of all the suppliers you source people from, along with the type of contract (internal or external), and the employee role and level - e.g. Engineer / Senior.
Multi-dimensional rate cards
Define rate cards easily that cover the matrix of financial year, supplier, contract type and role / level - dynamically applied to employees who have matching characteristics.
Manage Employees
Add your employees - you can simply drag in a CSV file to rapidly create them.
Financial Calendars
Define your own multi-year financial calendars - by either months or quarters (later years can be less granular), with full flexibility on financial year start dates.
